Well everybody, I have finially taken that giant leap into the world of blogs. After reading several I figured it was about time for me to make one of my own. Please bear with me if things aren't right...give me time, I'm learning as I go.
Anyway, let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Missy and I live in Northwest Pennsylvania in Erie....right on the lake. I've been married almost 4 years to the most wonderful man and stepmom to 5 of the best kids ever. Right now the kids live with their mom but somehow I have a feeling that is going to change soon. DH and I are in the process of buying our first house and two of the kids have already said that they want to live with us...I guess I'm going to go from stepmom to full time mom all in one swoop. I think I'm up to the challange.
As I said, Hubby and I are buying a house and let me tell you.....I don't ever want to go through this process again. Some wise person told me that this would be the most stressful thing that I would ever do. Silly me thought "stressful?? I can handle it." Well I have since decided that it would be easier to pull my bottom lip up over my head than to buy a house. Seriously people, why didn't anybody tell me that this would be the death of me??? lol I'm telling you, I passed stressful a month ago and I'm now looking for a place to park by completely insane!!! LOL I just want this whole process to end. I just keep thinking that when I'm in my new house I'm going to look back on this and say that it was all worth it. Just keep telling myself that....I think talking to yourself is another sign of insanity...I'll have to look that one up. lol
Anyway, this blog is mostly going to be about my knitting and different projects that I'm working on. I'll post pics as I get things done so keep checking back to see what new things I have going on. Now, I think I'll go check on that insanity thing. lol
